Wells Medical Research Services
We are an independent contractor providing support to pharmaceutical and medical device companies in medical affairs, medical communications, medical information, product development, medical & scientific writing, drug safety, bioanalytical sample preparation and technical service.
The company was founded by Dr. David Wells, a pharmaceutical research scientist, author, teacher, pharmacist and entrepreneur who has hands-on experience with the pharmaceutical product lifecycle from discovery support to post-marketing including preclinical, clinical, drug information and retail pharmacy.

Dr. Wells has demonstrated expertise in solving analytical challenges related to medical conditions and diseases. He also has expertise in working with clients to identify new technologies, processes, and products that offer improved capabilities for medical research and patient treatment.
He has a proven ability to network with key opinion leaders and guide a team of professionals toward achievement of department goals. Through his network, additional capabilities can be brought in for specific projects.
Medical & Scientific Writing
Dr. Wells is a highly regarded author and educator with a body of work that includes a 600-page authoritative reference book on high-throughput bioanalytical drug sample preparation (second edition in press), six book chapters and over 20 publications. He has written custom medical information responses for drugs and medical devices for fourteen years.
